Meet Ori Peleg

I’m Uri Peleg, a horseman with over 40 years of experience. My journey began in my youth and became a way of life after moving to Moshav Ramot in the Golan Heights, where I raised my first mare, Natasha, and discovered the deep bond between horse and human. To me, being a horseman means more than riding or training – it’s about understanding, listening, and working in true partnership with the horse. While I’ve learned from professionals around the world, most of my knowledge was built through hands-on experience and problem-solving in the field. Today, I combine techniques from English, Western, and trail riding, always choosing what best fits the horse and rider. My approach is based on flexibility, respect, and doing what truly works – with the horse, in real life.

personal Connection...

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of riders and horses – from teens taking their first steps, to private owners and experienced trainers. I’ve met riders facing fear, trauma, or limitations, and learned that with patience, attentiveness, and a tailored approach, anyone can build a meaningful connection. Each course begins with an introductory ride – not to test, but to understand: where we’re starting, how to shape the right process, and what’s needed for horse and rider to start speaking the same language.

Natural Connection

The Natural Connection method is how I work with horses – a natural communication based on body language, trust, and mutual understanding. It’s more than a training technique; it’s a way to enter the horse’s world, speak its language, and build a real relationship. This approach encourages the horse not just to follow commands, but to understand intention, feel safe, and willingly cooperate. Born from hands-on experience with wild horses and trail challenges, it’s built on the belief that true control comes from connection – not force. It takes patience, precision, and consistency – but when the horse chooses to be with you, not just obey, it makes all the difference.
